Athlete Mental Performance

Dr. Christine Lang received her Ph.D. and Master’s degree from Columbia University, with a concentration in health and behavior studies, and her undergraduate degree in psychology from Fordham University. She is a nationally Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst specializing in implementing positive behavior principles to bring about lasting, meaningful change. Her current practice focus, through advanced graduate training at Boston College, involves mental health, performance, and student-athlete development.

Services

We provide high-quality consultative and therapeutic services, utilizing up-to-date research- based approaches focusing on mental health and performance. Sessions may occur in our offices, in small groups, in teams, or 1:1 settings. We work with children, teens, adults, families, schools, sports programs, and organizations across NYC, Westchester, and Connecticut. Virtual technologies also provide opportunities to meet with clients anywhere, accommodating flexible scheduling.

Athlete Mental Performance Registration

This registration is for a 4 plus 2 package with Dr. Christine Lang's team.

Athletes will receive four 30-minute sessions (in person or virtual)
Parents or Guardians will receive two 15- minute consultations, (in person or virtual)

For athletes who are 18 or older, the two parent consultations may be replaced with an additional 30-minute athlete session.

All sessions will be scheduled directly with Dr. Lang and her team and you will be contacted directly by Westchester Behavior Analysts for further scheduling instructions.

This registration covers the total cost for 6 sessions which is $750.

Following the intake review, if support is needed beyond the scope of our organization's athlete mental performance services, we will provide a referral to a qualified healthcare professional.
