Lights Optional Skills

We're excited to offer an OPTIONAL hockey skills program exclusively for Lights skaters (U10 and older), giving them additional ice time and the opportunity to sharpen their skills during the season. These sessions are intended for skaters only.

All sessions will be held on a training rink and will be limited to 8 players per session. Players may be added to a waitlist, which will be monitored regularly.

This is a great chance for players to develop their game with focused instruction on skating, puck control, and game-specific skills.

Sessions will be led by a top-tier mix of guest coaches including ISCC Skills Coaches, University of St. Joseph Women's Hockey, and Northern CT Hockey coaches.

Schedule

Lights 10U - Mondays at 5:45 PM - 6:45 PM

Lights 12U - Thursdays at 5:20 PM - 6:20 PM

Lights 14U - Thursdays at 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Cost

This year, families have the option to pay as you go ($30 per session), or purchase session packs (Packages of 6) at a discounted rate ($150 per 6 pack).

To ensure proper planning, no drop ins allowed. Sessions cannot be prorated.
